Which plan is right for me?

What if I drive less than 15,000km in a year?

That’s okay! Annual scheduled maintenance is required to keep your VW performing at its best, no matter how much you drive. Talk to your Dealer, as they’ll know what’s right for you, based on the kilometres you drive annually.

What plan is best for a high mileage driver?

For brand new cars, the 4 or 5 Year plan offers the most extensive coverage and services. For pre-owned vehicles, our 3 year plan offers the most coverage. Speak to your dealer about what plan is right for you.

How do I purchase a Prepaid Maintenance plan?

There are great options to build the cost of the plan into your Finance or Lease Payments. Speak with your dealer for more purchasing options.

Why should I purchase a Prepaid Maintenance plan?

On new cars you could get up to 26% lower maintenance costs with VW Prepaid Maintenance *, PPM plans are designed to maximize the service life of your vehicle’s components and systems for optimum performance. Is Prepaid Maintenance transferable?

Yes! The plan is fully transferable as long as the vehicle being bought or sold has remaining Prepaid Maintenance coverage.

Am I protected against increasing parts prices and labour cost increases?

Yearly inflation increases don’t apply if you purchase Prepaid Maintenance as it’s already prepaid.

Can I purchase Prepaid Maintenance after I purchased my vehicle?

Absolutely! You can purchase Prepaid Maintenance before performing your first maintenance or within a year of the purchase of your Volkswagen (whichever comes first).

When can I purchase Prepaid Maintenance for a Pre-Owned vehicle?

Prepaid Maintenance can be bought for all Pre-Owned Volkswagen’s less than 8 model years regardless of the mileage. Your Volkswagen is eligible as long as it is over 6,000 KM and 120 days from the manufacturer’s original in-service date. Otherwise, you would be eligible for the new car PPM.

What about warranty coverage on the parts and labour?

Every regularly scheduled maintenance visit includes a 2-year/unlimited-kilometre limited warranty on parts and labour.
